If you are going to get into a battle tomorrow, what all should you do today? You would obviously pack your bags with all the weapons. You will have things like compass and all that. You would have your dress, shoes and all that also ready. But, one of the most important things that you should actually pack in is a lot sleep. A lot of real rest. That would make a crucial difference in terms of whether you stay awake during the battle or become sleepy later on.
But, packing a lot of sleep is not easy for many of us. We are typically disturbed during the sleep. Most of us feel tired even after 8 hours of sleep. We should feel refreshed, But, we don't. We feel restless and irritated just after waking up.
The quality of bed that we sleep in also make a big difference in terms of us having a good sleep. The quality of sleep is determined by the kind of food that we have, the exercise and the body tiredness that is there, the emotional disturbance that we might have and also the physical circumstances such as what kind of bed that we sleep in. Whether we sleep in metal beds or any other bed also will determine the quality of sleep.
