H1N1 epidemic disease has ended, the centers for disease control and prevention announced few days back. The spreading of disease has also stopped but the next wave of H1N1 is expected to hit many countries in the future. The human behavior, climatic conditions may again give rise to influenza transmissions.
The disease outbreaks in any form which is the biggest mystery of epidemiology. As we know long in 1918 the Spanish flu left four waves and lasted for 2 years. Asian flu in 1957 had a third wave and had a current strain like swine flu. In 1960 and 1968 we also saw Hong Kong flu during the late spring. The circulation of the virus still continuous large additional wave is possible.
The H1N1 pandemic may have large impact Anne Schuchat said. The dynamics of the swine flu is still going on. The one infected with the virus are passing on. The simple arithmetic remains behind the growth and the fear of another wave is maintained by H1N1. People maintaining their cleanliness during the disease don’t transmit resulting the death of the virus.
